Our Client is the Polish subsidiary of an international group active in the agricultural sector.
Our client offers an extended range of commodities for arable production like fertilizers, plant protection products and seeds (cereals). To strengthen its team and to further develop marketing and product strategies in Poland, Our Client is currently looking for a Product & Marketing Director.
Stanowisko
Create effective marketing strategies for the agri inputs portfolio of the company.
- Manage a team of Product Managers, Marketing Specialists and an Agronomy Expert. Create marketing strategies in order to launch new products on the market and optimize the existing portfolio. Manage product life cycles.
- Establish the company as a premium organization and boost a positive image around the company’s activities.
- Develop distribution and promotion channels.
- Constantly monitor the market for ongoing changes, innovations and trends, and identify investment worthy areas. Create marketing content for products, develop product strategies and action plans.
- Monitor competitors’ solutions, including customer and user service standards.
- Prepare promotional and sales activities, coordinate marketing activities with other departments.
- Cooperate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategy with sales goals.
- Analyse marketing campaign results and improve strategies based on data.
- Be responsible for internal and external marketing communication in accordance with group guidelines.
- Implement new functionalities and product improvements. Organize training for internal teams to increase awareness of company products.
- Actively participate in the pricing policy development and be responsible for the budget of your department.
- In this role you closely cooperate with and report to the Country Manager.
Profil
Ambitious Product & Marketing Manager with deep understanding of agricultural commodities’ market.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably agribusiness and/or marketing related.
- Experience with product management in the agricultural sector is definitely an asset.
- Strong knowledge of product marketing and sales funnels in the agricultural sector.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and good knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
Competences:
- High analytical skills (market and customer needs), able to collect and process data.
- Strong natural leadership and managerial skills, able to build a positive atmosphere in a team, strong interpersonal and communicative skills and able to inspire others with creative ideas.
- Proactive, able to recognize and effectively react on business opportunities.
- Goal oriented, self-propelled with excellent time management skills.
